  • Refunds will not be issued for renewals or partial usage.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Setup fees or custom service requests
  • Domain registrations or third-party licenses
  • Any services used in violation of our terms

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, email us at support@uzutech.net with your order details and reason for cancellation. We will review and respond within 3–5 business days.


4. Cancellation After Refund Window

After the 7-day refund window, you may still cancel your plan anytime to stop future renewals, but no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle.


5. Disputes

If you believe you were incorrectly charged or have a billing issue, please contact our support team directly before initiating a chargeback. We’re here to help resolve it quickly.
